SMOOTHSTAR TRAINING SESSIONS

Join us to learn the biomechanics of surfing through land based activities, utilising a Smoothstar skateboard. All levels offered, Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced.

TIME: 45 Minutes for each level

COST: $10 per person*

Please choose the level that best suits you
 

• Beginners -  0-2 years experience on a fibreglass board 

• Intermediate -  2-4 years experience on a fibreglass board 

• Advanced -  4+ years experience on a fibreglass board 
   

Classes will offer 
 

• Learning snaps just like in the surf (intermediate\advanced)

• Different ways to generate speed

• The ability to perform bottom hand and top hand turns

• The understanding behind correct positioning and stance

• Individual support for each student on his/her technique
