Please be aware that our return policy is to exchange only no refunds sorry. Shirt/hat/headphones must come back in its original condition and postage must be paid to and from for exchange!

Surfboards and deposits for Surfboards are non refundable nor will Little Frothers or any of its affiliates be held accountable for any damage that is cause to the board after it is sold.

All packages are non refundable, once purchased the package can only be refunded if and only nothing has been used.

Packages can have one name change, this comes at a cost of $30!

SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM CANCELLATION / REFUND / CREDIT POLICY: Little Frothers does not offer any refunds with its school holiday programs.

 

We are happy to accommodate a transfer or a credit for a future program or coaching session if you have to cancel a booking, please make note of our cancellation policy:

• A coaching credit may be issued by Little Frothers for cancellations received seven (7) days before your school holiday booking start date.
   

• The value and conditions of any coaching credit is at the discretion of Little Frothers. All cancellations must be received in writing by Little Frothers either by email, text or via the website.
   

• If a booking is cancelled for medical reasons, a coaching credit will be provided if validated with a medical certificate. No cash refunds will be given.
   

• Name changes will be permitted for the same date and time of your booking.
   

• Refunds will not be given for partial attendance, nor will make up sessions be provided
